Too many kids, and even adults are spending to much time indoors playing video games or binge watching entire seasons on Netflix. Even something simple as a 30 minute walk after a meal will help with digestion.
This may be difficult to do for individuals that live in high populated cities. What should one do if they live in the middle of a city? It can be difficult to be outside and sometimes it can produce more stress with all the people, cars and noise. However, mother nature will always provide great things for the outside world.
