How can you improve your immune system?

πŸ• If you own a pet, play with them outside. The more exposure we have from pets and the environment the better.

πŸ‡ Don’t over clean your house, certain harmful products strip homes of the many good bacteria that are beneficial to health.

🐈 Pets should not be clean as humans, over clean is bad for their health.

🐩Our fury friends are active, they need to spend time outside, de-stress and re balance their microbiome.

If you don’t have a pet play with a friend’s pet, you will still enjoy the benefits
